Everyone was very kind, but my car could not be repaired. I found out that the part I needed was not available. My car is a 2019 Buick Regal, five years old and I can't get the part I need for my air conditioning. Knowing that was a big letdown. With the summer almost here and all I get is hot air. I have to try to find this part, because I will not be able to ride comfortably in the summer months.

I felt it was too expensive and was told inspection wouldn’t pass due to mail in tire but that it could be fixed for $40 or that I could leave fix it elsewhere and go back for inspection. At the end was told they waived that fee but still I paid $200 for inspection/oil change. Honestly it made me not want to renew with GMC.

4th time for service at dealership since purchasing vehicle. I won't be back. It gets worse each time. Seems there must be overbooking. Vehicle is over 3 hrs for an oil change and inspection. I have 2 other vehicles I take to respective dealerships for same oil change and inspection and time completed is 1/2 of your place consistently. Plus communication is POOR!

I stopped in to get a status of my complaint about peeling paint on my new Terrain because I hadn't had any contact from the dealer. I was told that "we haven't heard back from GM yet". When I asked when I can expect to hear back, I was told there are other recalls that they are busy with.

I had to explain and show prove of online appt that was made. Still unclear what was completed other than a fluid change. No explanation on what or why it was needed.

While the staff are always so nice and welcoming… I’m not sure why if your the first appt for the day and only need an oil change, that it takes almost 2 hours to complete. I understand there are other inspections that are completed as well, but nothing that should take two hrs. Extremely disappointed that a simple oil change takes 2 hrs to complete.

First scheduled maintenance since purchasing the vehicle in December 2024 and had no major issues. Online scheduling was convenient as was dropping the vehicle off and waiting while it was being serviced. I had an 11:00 a.m. appointment. I showed up at 10:45 This is for a standard oil change and a 52K service. When I first walked in I asked is this going to be longer than an hour If so I will get a ride home. They said absolutely will not be long at all. It ended up being 3:30 by the time I left. About five people came in and out for service for their vehicles in the time being. This is the reason why I do not get my car serviced at GMC I go to third parties. However since I had a few points I figured why not try again and then maybe I can Uber home. Waste of my day. The only plus side to my entire visit is the gentleman who handled me at the cashier was extremely nice and very personable. And the woman at the service desk that checks you out at the end is also extremely pleasant and great customer service. Whatever happens in the back with the mechanics takes entirely way too long and I will not be surprised if people don't come because of how long it takes.

My appointment was at 9am and I didn’t leave until close to 1 pm. The only service I received was an oil and filter change which shouldn’t have took close to 4 hours. Many people came after me and left before I did. When asked when my car would be finished, Steve kept telling me “just a few more minutes”. A few more minutes turned into hours. I was very disappointed in the service and don’t think I will be back.

It started when I attempted to make an appointment for our first oil change and state inspection & emission. No one was available to take my call and a message was left, after 4 hours waiting I placed another call and finally did get an appointment. The day of my appointment, yes, I had 3 services to get done, we chose to wait, it would have been nice if the service agent advised us how long the wait would be. After waiting 3 1/2 hours I saw the agent, I asked how much longer it would be, they were just finishing. Finally, the area where the old stickers were scrapped off; that area was not cleaned leaving that area of the windshield a streaky mess.

I had my vehicle in to change my battery in June. Car was returned to me with the nav system not working. 2nd appointment to fix it, was told it was a radio upgrade & everything was fine. It was not. I’m came in because my lease was up and was expecting to buy out my current car. I wanted to purchase front tires, a back windshield wiper and get the car inspected and oil changed. My appt was first thing in the morning at 8:30am. I walked in to greet the receptionist with the lights still dim, that’s how early I arrived, and asked if I could speak with a salesman. I stated that I only had a few minutes because I was due at the service department. She was swift to assist me with the biggest smile. I wish I was able to obtain her name. Then Dave came out to meet me on the lot. I fell in love with the 1st car he showed me. He understood what I explained to him. I was buying a car that day. The one I drove up in or one on the lot. Let’s make a deal! From taking with Delco Dave to working with “Regular” Dave, my husband and I were treated with respect and kindness. By 11am I was driving home with a new car. Bolts and tools were left in between hood and windshield by the wipers, didn’t know if I was missing bolts but was told they were one time use. Any of the bolts or tool could have bounced out and hit another car or my own. Disappointing.

Hector was amazing from start to finish. I originally scheduled an oil change, but upon arrival, Hector pointed out that I hadn’t had a tire rotation in a while. He shared his expertise and provided helpful recommendations. I waited for my car in the comfortable waiting area and enjoyed some coffee while Hector checked in with me several times to update me on the progress and expected wait time. My car was serviced and cleaned in no time. On top of an already wonderful experience at the dealership, when I arrived home, I received a call letting me know my wheel lock hadn’t been returned to my vehicle. Instead of asking me to come back, Hector personally drove the wheel lock to my home in Philadelphia, a 35-minute drive from the dealership. I’ve never had a more positive experience servicing my vehicle. I know Hector will continue to keep my car, and me, safe for years to come. Thank you, Hector and GMC Granite Run!

The entire process took much longer than was explained to me by the service department. When the truck was returned to me it was filthy and there are greasy hand prints all over the front bumper, valance, and grill. Also, the truck smells terribly of antifreeze.

The order for my part was made on Sept. 17. I did not get any update unless I called the service department. By the first week of November I finally reached out to corporate to get help with this issue. The part had apparently been delivered the day before. Finally a week later I was sent an email to make an appointment to bring the car in. The appointment was on a Friday. I dropped my car off the night before and was the first car in line for service. I was updated during the day with the hope that the car would be finished by the end of the day. At 4:30 I got a phone call that the car wasn’t finished because the sensor wasn’t reading that the top was locking, which is what the problem was from the beginning. They kept my car all weekend with no loaner available. At 10 AM on Monday miraculously the car was finished and I could come pick it up.

Service associate was very helpful and sincere. I was not impressed with information I got from the technician. It appeared that he read the codes and did not offer any suggestions or speculations to how the engine failed which does not give me any substance to make an informed decision on how to move forward. My speculation is that the timing chain jumped and possibly caused a bent valve which is causing one cylinder to not fire correctly which is why the engine is bucking and has low power. This is the type of information a customer needs to make a decision to repair the car or scrap it. I got could be timing chain and replace engine as my options.
